At NapCoon Store, each product is made specifically for you after an order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

As all products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental orders
  • Preference changes after purchase

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect compared to your order

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund
  • Store credit

at our discretion.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved when:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item contains a manufacturing defect

Refunds are not guaranteed for issues outside our control.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible because the item is being custom-made.

5. Shipping Issues

NapCoon Store is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

6. Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier and production partner to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
